We personally interview every candidate on our database, we complete reference checks, checking work Visa’s.
We generate Individual Employment contracts. We take care of Holiday Pay, Statutory Holiday Pay, ACC levies and Tax obligations
We collect weekly timesheets, complete payroll and Kiwisaver contributions. We issue weekly invoicing to you as receipt for staffing payment.
You book a Temporary Candidate when you need one, even on the day and we will do our best to fill the role with a suitable, experienced worker. It’s the feeling of having support with your business demands.

The Temp Centre & Recruitment Company employs the Temporary Candidate and while on Assignment does not become an employee of the client.
A permanent placement fee is payable should a temporary candidate be employed permanently by a client (or an associated organisation) in any capacity within six months of completing an assignment.
Any offer of a position with The Temp Centre Temporary Candidate will not take place without informing The Temp Centre Business Manager beforehand.
